It's going to play out in a number of different ways.

And the one thing that I would have to say, again, now I am a fan of this game, but I have played it and been a part of it.

Although the CBA is set to expire on December 1st, and it may expire without a deal.

That's OK.

Deals have expired.

But come opening day 2027, there needs to be baseball.

That's my thought and opinion.

I don't think baseball can afford to have a stoppage that extends past opening day.

I mean, opening day is certain people is like a holiday.

People take the day off.

And if you miss that and say, oh, we can afford to miss a couple of weeks or a couple of months of the season.

I don't think you want to play with that type of fire.

We've been down this route before.

It took a lot of time to get things back to where it is.

And I'll reiterate it again.

Attendance is up.

Viewership is up.

Youth participation is up.

I think that's the most important thing.

Your next generation of fans and people that may work in this game are playing it at a very high level.
