The Rays have done so many different versions of this over the years that I think you have to say that
their deal is like a one red paperclip style thing.
They're they're trying to just do a million things and hope that everything gives them a small edge in the aggregate.

Where can I spend three dollars and get six dollars of value, even if uh the Dodgers aren't interested in playing in that that realm?
