You're on a legacy loan origination provider and Mantle is gonna do what Mantle does.

Alchemy is gonna do what Alchemy does.

We're trying to drive business outcomes.

We're gonna ask for, well, what is your conversion rate?

How many days does it take?

No, not just after they're a member, the whole way through, how many screens, how many clicks, right?

And a lot of the times the answer is we don't know.

Like we actually don't know because we're not thinking about that process as one cohesive process, the memberization, and then the lending experience.

It's kicked out into some ancillary process that takes a number of days.

The customer's got to go through a whole other piece of the system.

And that's because the technology has been built around the different departments at the credit union or the bank, right?

But back to this example of we are living in a new world.
