It's so easy to access these systems.
You have someone coming through to your credit union that wants to get a loan on your direct brand, and you're going to put them through a confusing membership process that takes time, and then they have to get their member number and paste it into the loan application.
That's crazy.
Yeah.
And so it's for the customer experience that it is so important.
This is your first impression with your new member.
You don't want to throw them into some process that makes them feel like they're doing something from the 90s.
And then it's about speed and tracking, right?
You want to know how quickly am I approving and funding loans that come through the direct channel?
Full stop.
You want to know that by looking at a dashboard, not piecing together a bunch of Excel files or going and asking people or running a test, right, in a unit of time.
And so the product should be able to do that.
And in order to be able to do that, you need your memberization and your loan origination and underwriting in one flow.
And so that's what we did.
So this is why Mantle and Alchemy, when we build new feature sets or new products in this case, we are very selective with who we choose to be part of that development partner cohort.
And folks like Adam, who have a ton of experience operating at scale, who are forward thinking, but who are also measured, right?
