that's how you can can break through and it really is a partnership between customers who are going to be using and relying on the technology and then our engineers and product people who want to build the best technology product right and so if that interplay and really getting in person
working together and trying to come to process solutions while having that goal in mind of a unified experience.
And let's see how quickly we can get these through while protecting ourselves and doing things in the right way.
You know, I think

We've been on this campaign for nine years on the deposit side.
We're gonna be on the same campaign for another nine years on the loan side.
The fact that document collection is basically synonymous with risk management in the industry,
It's a total joke.
It's totally wrong.
Like, go throw it in the trash, right?
Seriously, it is just not the case.
It is not the case that you collect more documents and you protect yourself against more risk.
We live in the era of generative AI where these documents are cheap to falsify.
It's very difficult to impossible in a manual underwriting solution to truly verify that a lot of documents are what the person is saying that they are.
And so what does work in today's age?
Well, it turns out that
Relying on trusted data sources and verifying the information that people are providing with a whole marketplace of data sources that you can use to come up with risk scores on customers is actually way more effective in reducing risk than throwing this manual step in your process.
And it's a better customer experience.
So I will keep saying this until I die, probably.
