You have to think about removing documents as much as possible from the flow.
There are some situations where some people make reasonable, have a reasonable stance that you do need to collect a document.
But in most cases for Atlantic and 67% of these personal loan cases, we didn't need a document.
It had a better customer experience and there's no more risk to the FI.

Folks want to work with community financial institutions.
They want to work with credit unions.
They want to work with local banks.
There is a feeling that the Chase's and the Wells Fargo's and the Bank of America's of the world are uncaring, right?
They're sort of the big giant in the room and the younger generation wants to bank local.
That's part of their ethos.
And there's also a very real and warranted distrust of the fintechs to some extent, right?
So you have all of these consumers that are making that choice.

A lot of times you'll already have a relationship from when you were growing up, which is a community relationship or where you went to college could be a community relationship.
