It's kind of like when you're in the second year of, I don't know, secondary school and you come back when you're like 14 and all of a sudden you feel like you're like better than everyone.

So they reappointed someone who'd been there before who had a bit more kind of tactical acumen.
I think when the company went there, he assumed it might have been a slightly easier kind of gig.
Speaking to the RTBF Belgium football journalist Antoine Hick, he kind of gave me a bit more insight into that and the decision to kind of let him focus more on the footballing side of things.
but the main problem has been again that he's kind of missed 14 of the 26 matches this season due to injuries and as a result it's made it hard for him to have a real impact on the pitch but off the pitch obviously his kind of standing in the game has allowed players such as Nasser Chadli and Samir Najri to join the club.
He's tried to bring in Yaya Toure and Robert Van Persie amongst others as well.
Obviously, he's got a pull there.
The problem with Anderlecht this season is that they're struggling to make it into the top six.
