I was almost like, has someone told Albon that Honda have got an upgrade coming?

That is a brilliant question and feeds in nicely because Sainz has suggested that they should, as James Valves has now said as well, that they should focus on 2027.

But he himself, Sainz, had a lot of comments before the Hungarian GP, don't think the race itself helped matters, saying like his timelines have almost been knocked back a couple of years.

Like he was hoping maybe not to necessarily be winning races with Williams this year, but maybe be in a position to win some next year or something like that.

It sounds like in his head, like this whole project is a couple of years like out of shape now.

And I think he probably is regretting his decision, yeah.

Is he staying?

Even if Audi's off the tape, like, does he have a choice?
