I said, what was the difference?

Just from that little touch.
So sometimes as leaders, I think we have to slow down and remember it's the little things that make the difference.
You don't have to remember some big dissertation or speech.
It's the little things of reminding people you're important, you're appreciated, and I love the energy you bring to our team.
And that's exactly what happened.
I think they got so big, they're like, well, you don't have to do it.
There's so many KPIs we're managing.
I said, you need to slow down and recognize the little things, the emotion that's what drives all of us.
Because then that connects you to the standards of doing it.
If you feel recognized and appreciated, I'm going to attack the work.
I'm going to attack the standard.
So, yeah, the eighth one came out a couple years ago.
The next book is actually going to be called The Process.
So really, really excited about that.
I've got my hands in so many different things with so many different teams and the work we're doing right now.
So we have started the process of writing the book.
I cannot tell you when it's going to come out, but it's going to be a book that I think will connect people.
It'll be like a culmination of the standard and then helping people really break down that process of what it is that makes them great.
