Scherzer in the next couple of days.

I would guess that he's going to say he intends to play another season and, um, certainly covering him this season.

There has never been any wavering in the confidence that he's had about his ability to go out there and get major league hitters out.

So I think that he's going to keep doing that.

He's such a competitor, as you guys know that I think he loves it.

And, uh,

I don't know if it's going to be with the Jays, although I expect that they will keep their door open to that.

But, yeah, I think it's going to be fun on the weekend to see how many strikeouts Verlander gets on Saturday, how many Max can get on Sunday.

I mean, that's kind of a cool subplot.

Yeah, I mean, on the pitching staff in particular or just overall?

Yeah, I mean, I'll go all the way to the minors and just say JoJo Parker because I think that, you know, when you're looking at offense and who can be an offensive difference maker, how hard those guys are to find.

I'm not saying that's JoJo Parker next year because

still just the kid, you know, I think 20 years old.

But...

There's a lot of promise there.

And to see what he can do in the course of this offseason is going to be really interesting.
