So I think he's just doing everything for you.
For me, it's tough.
Pignango's hot, Varsha's hot, and Sanchez is hot, you could argue.
But I think you've got to find a way to get Nathan Lucas in the lineup most days.
And John Schneider had mentioned he'd factor in a lot of days, whether it's starting or on the bench.
I know he's not the flashiest player, and there's some people who might have doubted his offensive style last year.
Can he replicate that production?
I think he just does a lot to help you win on an everyday basis, especially for a team not defending the way it wants to and chasing in a way that it doesn't want to right now.
I think the more you have Nathan Lucas in, the more you're going to see trends like that slow down for the Blue Jays because he's as good as anyone really in those two departments.
Thank you very much.
Have a good one.
See you soon.
Coverage of Blue Jays baseball continues on the Sportsnet Radio Network.
I'm Ben Schulman, alongside Blue Jays left-handed pitcher Patrick Corbin.
Patrick, thanks so much for joining me.
Thank you.
So you joined the Blue Jays a little bit quickly this year and end up rushing your way to the team.
What's the experience been like being with this club for the first time and getting ready for this season?
We've heard between you and Max a little bit more about the Cressy facility than we maybe would have in previous years.
