Yeah, it was uh it was totally fine.
I went and uh I watched my favorite flag football league.
It was uh it was a really good time uh to watch, you know, some of the best athletes in the world tap each other and and no one got hurt and and everyone stayed on their feet and no one's jersey got grass on it and and we all enjoyed uh a sport that hasn't been ruined by over refereeing.
It was really hard because honestly I I can get a lot of my my Packer frustration, uh whether it's about them or or the referees for which there was frustration on both uh last night.
Usually usually I can do that through text and and kinda get it out, but it they're in the middle of of that drive, uh where there were, you know, probably two penalties, but four of them were called for some reason.
And uh he texted me.
Just sitting down to watch.
And what am I supposed to say?
Like I have nothing to say to this guy right now.
He has no idea that, you know, rookie kicker's gonna make a 59-yarder to start his career and then miss a PAT right after.
He has no idea they're gonna take points off the board and fail a QB sneak because they don't tush-push.
Because I guess if you're the the team that tries to outlaw it, you can't really do it.
Um you know, just a whole bunch of uh stuff.
So uh I I almost wanted to tell him like just don't watch, go to sleep, move on, but uh I I couldn't spoil it and he did somehow pull that off, not not getting the game spoiled for him, which in this day and age is is pretty difficult.
Yeah, and and honestly I I probably did that a couple months ago at this point, just kind of sitting there and being like, Okay, it's been long enough that if he hits a home run and it's not a home run that makes it, you know, seven to one for the Yankees or something.
Cause if it was a a home run that was meaningless, I d I do think it's a little bit different.
But once, you know, if if it's going to be a home run that matters, and certainly the one yesterday did in a big way.
