So, yeah, I think that's a bit of a miss really from Parliament.

It doesn't feel like the hardest thing in the world, but the banks do maintain it's technically difficult.
Having said that, they're in the process of updating their quite outdated core banking systems.
So I'm not sure it will even be technically too difficult in the near future.
