This is the back of my van and I have them all in cartons and then inside is my trays of 30 delicious free range eggs.

I have around 12 trays in each carton that I can bring over to the vending machine and then I put them in one by one into the machine.

I used to be using a Golf, the car, and I broke a couple of eggs so you soon learn to buy a van.

9 euro for 30 eggs, yeah.

So the price of eggs are actually going up dramatically in the shops.

I think they're going up 50 cent a dozen or something.

So I'm just putting in the new eggs now into the machine.

That's the process.

Yeah, we can head back to the farm now and we'll show you kind of where the hens are, what they're doing day to day.

So we're just coming into the entrance of our farm now.

So we have 30,000 hens in total.

So that's split into three hen houses.

And these hen houses, some of them were here before I was.

So my father has been in this business 25 years, I think, at this stage.

We can see here the hens are all out having a great old time.

So we're looking at hens outside here at the moment.

So they mightn't be used to a microphone, so they mightn't.

Very cautious creature, so they are.

Yeah, so growing up was always just, I suppose, very much hands-on.

I don't know anything different than eggs, but I think it's brilliant to come.
