So I'm not asking them to believe that I could do it.
I'm just doing it.
No, but it's show them.
Show them that you can do it.
And what I find is that it's more stressful for me to actually create a presentation where I'm trying to convince people that I could do something than just to do a demonstration.
Just show them, right?
With Ryobi, I showed them that I could put their tools and videos, get really positive response, and also get people to take action from those videos and actually build the projects I was showing them how to build.

Well, I think scaling is it's personal to what your skill sets are.
So I'm not a good people manager.
I'm a good creative.
I'm a good producer.
So for me, scaling would be finding I don't want to manage people.
I always want to be hands on.
I love working with power tools.
So for me, the scaling that I've started doing is hiring people that are generalists just like me.
So people that can design a project, produce a video, edit it, and then post it.
