But I've been around a lot.

That kid needs psychiatric help.

He needs it.

That is not a fully formed human.

That is someone I believe who is experiencing a lot of pain and going on to perpetuate a lot of pain.

And he needs to be held to account, but he also needs a lot of help.

He needs a lot of support.

He does not have the right people around him right now.
