You know exactly what this is like.
Taxation without representation, not something America is traditionally really into, or at least in theory not into.
Right.
And then you need to reform the U.S.
Supreme Court, as you noted.
There's several ideas for this.
My favorite idea is the idea of term limits, where Supreme Court justices serve for 18 years in active status, then they take senior status where they're not voting on active cases.
And it means that every president appoints a Supreme Court justice in their first and their third year.
And that not only changes the membership of the Supreme Court over time, more importantly, it creates a world where every member knows that the body is going to evolve.
And so they should think about how to create rulings that can endure in different political conditions.
You want to turn down the partisanship of the Supreme Court.
You don't want it to ping pong or be a pendulum in this way.
I want an even playing field for everyone.
I don't want to rig this thing for Democrats.
