As soon as Democrats have a majority in the Senate, I think they immediately should end the filibuster.
And there's different proposals for reforming it in different ways.
The most critical thing to me is it has to be a majority rule institution.
That has to happen before any of the other reforms can pass, because all these things will take passing through both chambers of Congress and then going to the president for signature.
But if Democrats win in 2027, I hope that they'll abolish the filibuster right away.
