Certainly if blue white is going wide or red white's doing any go wide stuff, I would rather have this activated ability on a two three flyer for three mana than a two two vanilla.

Like this is going to take a second to figure out the gameplay patterns of Empowered Jace and when you're supposed to attack and when you aren't and how hard you're supposed to go after the Empowered Jace cards.
There is clearly a new puzzle to solve here and a lot of cool designs that have gone into a new mechanic.
And I'm excited for that.
There's there's zero chance I am not hyped for a brand new type of gameplay experience and a brand new mechanic.
