And cognitive dissonance is uncomfortable, but it is a good thing because it forces us to think of opinions that we wouldn't otherwise.

I try to teach my students the power of empathy, which basically means you don't have to like the other side.

You can hate the other side, but just see the world as they see it for a moment before you do.

So I think empathy is critical.

I mean, for me, I'm building out ways to be able to find more of it.

But on socials, on X and on Instagram, I try to post as often as I can and give talks when I can.
