is a lot of these local networks are actually owned by these mega conglomerates and aren't directly run by ABC and Disney.

They're run by these conglomerates who have a lot of say over what happens on the network.

So we're seeing Sinclair, I'm sure a lot of you have heard of Sinclair, pro-Trump, MAGA, right-wing conglomerate.

They own the most ABC stations in the country.

And they put out this demand, this basically extortion letter, in my opinion, about Jimmy Kimmel, where they started making these demands of Kimmel.

They said in this crazy, crazy, crazy letter, they said, how awful is what Jimmy Kimmel said?

He didn't say anything bad in the first place.

He was calling for people not to blame others for the horrific attack.
