I had no stool going on, no work-life balance.

Like it was all work.

I was just so into working all the time and I was surrounded by people who did the same thing, staying up for days and days on end.

And it got to me.

It all got to me.

I remember I went home to visit my mom.

I was like in bed and I was like crying and I was like, oh, I was like, I just don't think I can do this anymore.

And I just like anything, like life, like anything, I wasn't able to handle it.

And

I was doing so well, career wise.

So nobody knew and the way that music happens is sometimes like your songs come out like way after you make them.

So to everyone else, I was like pumping songs out.

But I was like, in bed for like six months couldn't get out of my own way had agoraphobia.

I was like scared to do anything.

My like ticks were through the roof.

My anxiety was through the roof.

I used to walk around with my hand held like this because I thought if I took it away, my neck would dislocate and it would fall off my head.

I started seeing a therapist and started doing cognitive behavioral therapy.

And I started getting my life in order and I started setting boundaries for myself where I wouldn't work past a certain time to the outside world.
