They are dependent on us for their military, for their economics, for their innovation, and quite frankly, for the social welfare programs that they love to invest in. And Donald Trump is simply saying, there it is. Perfect. Awesome. Look at that. Look at how humiliating. So that's leverage. PBD. Pat, PBD. Is that in business? Who has the leverage here?
