These are things that you have to fix right away.
You also want to account for homeowner's insurance.
We just had a great story by our colleague, Jean Eaglesheim, who covers the insurance industry on the fact that home insurance is one of the fastest rising costs for homeowners right now because insurance companies are accounting for climate change and they're paying out more claims and it's harder to get home insurance these days.
