You know, you see something, say something.

And if there is a bit of an argument or discussion...

you have it there and then rather than be in the dressing room with your head in your hands after a loss in a knockout game.

So maybe Leinster haven't had, maybe it's been maybe a soft environment, you know, like we do, look at this, this is one of the players, you know, they came back after Six Nations and they had a meeting about how training had to be better, you know, it's hardly radical, but the reality is that if that happens post Six Nations, you really only have April, May,

two months to perfect it, whereas it should start in, you know, if training's not good enough in August, it should be dealt with in August, so you actually get the benefit from it.

And that's just an example.

But, like, I think in Ireland, if you heard, if people heard that there was a row between the head of S&C and the head coach, they'd be going, oh, that's brutal.

To be honest, a lot of elite dressing rooms, there's conflict all the time and tension.

Any family.

In the family, exactly, but...

The really good operators harness that.

And if you look at Bordeaux, the problem for them is consistency.

But when they were a knockout rugby, the three best performances of the year from what I've seen of Bordeaux across the top 14 in the Champions Cup were Toulouse quarter-final, Bath semi-final, Leinster.

So they were able to peak for those three games.

Obviously, next year, they're going to have to try and get the consistency part of the rise and squad management.

But yeah, it's a great email.

And again, you know, the really high performing organizations, they nip things in the bud early and they just get on with it.
