Yeah, and a lot of schools would have non-players doing video on the games.

I think you've got to be inclusive.

You've got to try and make it anyone who wants to be involved can be involved.

Yeah, but interestingly, I always would have been suspicious that it would have a negative effect on academics because of the time that they're given to sport.

But certainly in my experience, the vast, vast majority of those senior cup team players also tend to do very well academically as well.

So maybe it's just giving them good habits that they can compartmentalise and maybe they're getting that balance right through the week in terms of study and physical activity.

I loved it in my day.

We were massively competitive, but we just didn't have the amount of resource or training time

But it was still very pressurised.

You felt you were representing your school, you were representing your friends in those cup games.

I still think it's enjoyable.

I think once you've got the right coaching support around you to make sure that they enjoy it, that's what sport's for, is to enjoy it.

So the fact that you've got knockout games is a pressure at the end, but obviously the reward is huge to potentially go and create history.

That's a massive issue so a lot of clubs would feel that the schools ring fence too many players to give them a big squad but they'd miss out on the chance to play with their original club

And I think there's definitely a conversation to be had around that.

I think you need to allow players to play as much as they can.

And I think schools potentially are overprotective with too many players.

Well, Bordeaux are a better side than the Bulls.

I think Leinster are absolutely desperate now to finish the season with some silverware.

And I thought there was a lot to like about how they battled through Stormers.
