For, I don't know.
For lunch, I was lucky enough to grow up in Florida and we had Cuban females who cooked all our breakfast and lunch at school.
So I grew up on crazy Cuban food.
Like I didn't know that everyone didn't have empanadas like for a snack.
I remember people going, have you ever heard of an empanada?
And I was like, yeah.
And then picadillo was like my favorite thing in the world.
And then every day was like a different day of certain type of food.
So I love Cuban food.
I mean, their Mexican food was not Mexican food.
As my mom says, both, black and white.
I'm captain.
There he is.
I didn't know.
We had blind spots in diversity growing up in Tampa.
I didn't know any Asian people.
I didn't know any Indian people.
I knew every type of Spanish you could get.
Cuban, Puerto Rican.
