Like anybody who's been a college kid and has gone like a spring break knows that they can drink their face off and still feel not that drunk.

That's right, because the sun is helping you detox.

So, you know, sunlight is one piece of the outdoor, you know, the need for outdoor exposure.

Are you familiar with the concept of Shinrin-yoko, which is Japanese forest bathing?
You know, it's one of these things that I always laugh about.
Like, we need, like, really high-powered and intensive studies to understand the benefits of, like, being in the sun and going to nature and being in the forest, which is basics, which is 101.
But somehow, if we do the research on it, we publish in a peer reviewed journal, people are like, oh, OK, so it makes it makes sense to go out in the woods.
Well, basically what Shinrin Yoko is, is Japanese forest bathing because the Japanese took the time and the money to study the health benefits of being in a forest.
