This is the fourth time I'm trying to record this.
Anyway, Strausie from down in the Mallee, down in Victoria.
I come up against him in a lawn bowls tournament over in Shep the other week and end up going out for tea later that night and had a few beers and he had a fucking Alpha Blokes hat on and we started talking and you know he said he'd been to a podcast royale and had a fucking rip of time and you know created a really good friendship over that weekend of playing bowls and a fortnight later

Mate, that pumps me up the most out of all of it, to be honest with you.
The fact that people can meet individuals like that and it all starts from someone wearing a hat or a shirt or something.
And, look, the reality is without the community there would be no events.
We wouldn't be able to do this as a job because what would we be doing?
That's right.
We love yous.
The merch, like we just said, smashing those hoodies and stuff and just everything, rocking up to these events, just listening.
Like I said, we do a lot of things, but we don't expect everyone to fucking do everything or have to buy everything.
The fact that you just tune in and listen, we're very grateful for.

Like it's unbelievable.
I can't wait to see yous all and get amongst it with yous on the flats at fucking Alpha Fest next weekend.
