But kind of knowing how to harness all of that energy or power, I do think this group might be better equipped for that reality of knowing, okay, what's important?

What comes through to the locker room, to the organization?

How do we react to things?

I do think this group, far better situated.

because there's previous experience, obviously for Manny as a player, all of them as players, but now having also worked for Manny, like in the lower mainland and in Abbotsford and for Daniel and Henrik Sedin, their tenure as development coaches and in all their roles, I think hopefully they have a handle on that.

So little things both on the ice and off the ice or for the players and for the executive staff, they aren't distracted.
