wouldn't hydrate and would pull muscle, you know, pull a hamstring, pull a grind, pull a calf because they weren't fully hydrated.
Those aren't, that's not Buffalo.
That's not the Jets.
That's us.
That's us.
And in the game, I'd say two of the biggest examples, well, there's a lot of them, but let's start with penalties.
Pre-snap penalties.
So penalties that happen before the ball is snapped.
Those are our fault.
You can't blame them on the other team.
False start, illegal motion, too many men on the field, delay a game, like all that.
That's our inefficiency.
That's not our opponent's.
And really, for the most part, post-whistle penalties, plays that happen after the whistle has blown.
getting the guy out of bounds, taunting, illegal celebration, you know, stuff like that, where you just get carried away emotionally in the moment and cost your team, you know, personal fouls, roughing the passer, roughing the punter, stuff like that, that really happens after the play is over.
Those are examples of beating yourself.
You know, you can't win until you keep from losing.
Those plays aren't because of what the opponent did.
Those plays are because of either our lack of concentration, communication, discipline, whatever it happened to be.
And I'm not just putting it on the players.
