Yeah.
It's a way of thinking about how to design into the future.
Designers are always making prototypes.
They're always building new stuff.
When I was at Apple, I was at Apple for seven years, and we were doing the first laptops.
We just built lots of prototypes to figure out what the heck a laptop was, because it hadn't been invented yet.
So get curious is the energy that drives you.
Curiosity is an intrinsic motivation.
Humans are just naturally curious people.
So re-engage your curiosity.
Get curious.
Talk to people, which is get out in the world.
You're going to find meaning and purpose in the world with other people.
It's almost never found in isolation.
So get curious.
Talk to people.
Try stuff, which is the prototyping thing.
It turns out you can prototype.
As a designer, I prototype lots of things to sort of figure out my designs, but you can prototype anything in your life with a
prototype conversation, talk to somebody who's already doing what you're doing or what you're thinking of doing.
