You end up with these weird jumps and it's not quite, it doesn't seem quite fair.
So I'm not sure what to do about that, but I'm just pointing out
that a jump of one additional ADT can cause you to be penalized where you have to reduce your ADT by an additional 99.
So, just when you're in that edge case there.
Other than that, generally I think it's a good direction.
Yeah, thank you.
Yeah, I just, when I asked a question earlier, and they said 200 trips was 30 units, that's roughly six trips per unit, which says any data development with 166 units or more would generate 1,000 trips.
So it's not 1,000 units, it's 160, 170 unit in development will fall into that high category if that is, if I did my math right.
So that's, and we've seen one, two, three, three that I can think of in just the last few months that are at that level.
So that's not gonna be unusual.
So if there's a commercial site that is being redeveloped into housing, but the commercial site basically is empty and doesn't have any current trips, is it based on what it was generating when it was,
actually active or when it was approved as a commercial site, or is it like today when it's empty?
Okay.
So it's basically what it would have been when it was approved initially.
I guess the term making it concession proof is an overstatement of what I was asking for.
The fact that today they go through this process and they look at these things and there's a discussion around it, I think is important that it stays there.
I would rather have, I'd like to do this and it's a little bit less than no, I don't wanna do it at all.
And so what I'm asking is that you take a good hard look at what have they been asking for?
When have those occurred?
when they've requested for it, have they been actually likely to follow through with it?
