Is there any place that's not AFFH, that's not high resource area?
The reason I asked is it felt like it was adding something into the criteria that was basically a double count.
And I kind of questioned something that specific including in there.
So was the inclusion of south of El Camino specifically
said okay, because of the AFFH we have to do that, and then we said that in the housing element?
It looks like everything south of El Camino is in the highest or high, except whatever that park is, I don't know where, the little blue spot.
But El Camino Precise Plan was there more for the transit component of it, is that what you're saying?
So the inclusion of the El Camino Precise Plan was because of the fact that it's a more heavily utilized transit corridor?
