My wife there, Brooke.
She's here with me, but she done always get to travel with me.
Brooke, go ahead and stand up, take a big round of applause.
We've been married almost forty years now.
It'll be thirty nine in August.
Yeah, yeah, give that a big hand.
Four kids, six grandkids, one's in the oven, so we still count that one.
And then my mom, by the way, is right there in the middle, and she just passed away in March.
So she was ninety seven years old, made it that long, and she got to live with us.
It was a great blessing.
But she grew up in Japan during World War Two as the Americans were bombing.
Um my dad died when I was
Twelve that's been part of our whole journey.
Uh he he was eight kids, three room log cabin, very hillbilly-ish, backwards, uh moonshine kind of people.
Went overseas to Japan, was stationed there, post-Korean War, brought her back.
They had six kids.
I was number five out of six.
David Green and I shared that.
We were both five out of six.
