He asked all of his students, he says, How many of you want to be millionaires?
And this is goodness, this story's probably fifty years old.
He said, How many of you want to be millionaires?
And all the students raised their hand.
And he said this.
He said, go home tonight, get alone with the Lord, spend time praying.
And when you're praying, ask him about this subject.
Talk to him about
but what what you just raised your hand for.
And the very next day he asked the same group of students, how you know, how many of you went home, you prayed last night, how many of you want to be millionaires?
And I think it was two or three that raised their hand.
The point is what?
Pay attention to your desires when you're in the glory, when you're in the presence of God, when you're in that place of prayer, of intercession.
Pay attention to desires in those moments.
Because sometimes the Lord actually will put the desire in you before He's giving you the word of the direction.
He'll he'll actually lead you through your own passions, through your own desires.
Obviously, that it has to be biblically based.
Obviously, the Holy Spirit has to confirm this.
But I want to encourage you this.
There's something, there's something about this that I think is yet to be discovered.
