And I think it's a matter of just caution just so they couldn't challenge him later a year from now to three years from now, whatever, if Trump's ever convicted or anything. matched

He took that out to make it sort of consistent with the Supreme Court, but was bending over backwards to be consistent with that Supreme Court decision. matched
