Now, that being said, over the latter third of the season, into the playoffs, he did see Zegers play center a little bit more.

So...

Yeah, certainly get a ton of ice time, a ton of power play time.

Whether he lines up in the middle or on the wing, I think some of that depends on has he improved on face-offs because that's still a very weak area of the game for him.

So I think you'll still see Dvorak, if they're on the same line, taking a lot of draws for that line.

And the other part of it, too, is Trevor's been trying to add a little bit more physical strength for some of the battles in the trenches, on the walls, those kind of things.

If he is going to play center, I did think he needed to get a little bit stronger physically.

So if he can do those things, I think he can make the transition to being a full-time center, but I don't think it's set in stone yet.

I think his value was in three areas.

The obvious one being, of course, his play in net because he was a wall of consistency for the team this whole year.

Not the best numbers in the league, but really in terms of making the saves he had to make was a big part of the reason why they had 98 points and got to the playoffs in the first half.

So that was a big part of it.

The second part of it is just that, you know, you're often talking about a goaltender being among the leadership group guys.

Well, Ladar is just that, honestly.

You know, you don't think goalies were in a letter, but if you did see that, Ladar would at least have an A on the team.

Just because he pushes guys in a positive direction.

He's well-liked, well-respected by everyone in the room.

And this is not a given either.

He gets along really well.
