And people always wonder, you know, specifically what that means.
And if you think about the pharmaceutical value chain, that's where we focus.
And we kind of focus on four big buckets.
The first big bucket is discovery and development.
It's opportunities to improve drug discovery and accelerate clinical development.
This can be assets like AI and ML for drug discovery or target ID.
These are novel delivery platforms, things like digital pathology and digital radiology, biomarkers, could be blood-based diagnostics.
And then, of course, as it relates to the clinical trial space, anything in the sort of e-clinical or zero-gravity clinical trial space where we're trying to improve how we do clinical trials as a company versus the kind of the old-fashioned traditional way we do it.
The second big bucket we invest in is around supply chain and IT.
And in IT, it's more infrastructure.
And so by that, I mean data security, privacy, and storage, data aggregation, integration, harmonization, and data analytics and informatics.

The supply chain side, it's really creating efficiencies on how we do supply chain.
Most people don't realize that pharma loses a good percentage of our product to theft, fraud, damaged goods, lost goods.
We ship it the wrong way.
And so how do we create almost like a control tower like you might see at an airport where we monitor all raw materials coming in and finished goods going out?
And that's all data backed in a way you kind of think about that.
The next bucket we kind of focus on is access to care and patient support.
This is a little, probably the most difficult place for us to invest only because we're a pharma-owned venture capital firm.
And we're subject to heavy anti-kickback statutes as well as Sunshine Act laws.
