Look, there's a number of challenges.

The government are looking to implement the transport security force.

But it's still an interim measure until the transport security force come into place.
That model hasn't been fully agreed yet, but we are, you know, supporting the Department of Transport and the NTA with regards to how that might work, along with the unions as well.
So that'd be the first thing I'd say.
Secondly, you know, to provide a reliable and a punctual service, obviously to provide a reliable service, I need to get buses out there every day.
So driver recruitment is always a challenge.

Well, we've about...
65-70 shortfall at this moment in time.
Yeah, and I have about 93 drivers which we're bringing over from South Africa in the pipeline to plug that particular gap.
So the challenge around reliability would be largely around recruitment of drivers and mechanics, but we have a very, very aggressive recruitment programme both nationally and internationally to address that.
