But you were dealing with them, you were dealing with, let's say,

You know, the chief pilot from Ryanair or from Aer Lingus or whatever it was, and you were listening to their opinions and issues.

I'm listening to the customer who's taking our service on a daily basis.

I'm not listening to, you know, when I was in the IA, I wasn't listening to the passengers on board, the aircraft.

Exactly.

So it tends to be a slightly different narrative that you're getting from a business to business relationship.

Move us quicker, move us faster.

Exactly.

You know, safety was, you know, I'm not going to say safety was a given because it never is in any different engine.

We invested an awful lot of time into that.

But it would be all about punctuality.

It would be all about getting a super slick service to be as efficient as they possibly can.

Because, look, fuel burn was incredibly important for the airlines.

So it's because it's costly.

So they'd be obviously trying to make sure that getting the most efficient route into the airport at any given time or across their airspace at any given time.

And we put a lot of effort and a lot of work when I was in the IAA into doing that and meeting the requirements.

Did you miss it?

I love Dublin Bus, so, you know, I don't have time to miss it, to be honest with you.

Do I miss the business and the people?

Maybe, you know, but I have certainly moved on from it.
