You know, the reality is some changes have been made on the back end of that.
And I think it's starting to become more in line with what's there in private industry.
Yeah, I would absolutely agree with that.
But if anyone's in a public service or a semi-state job just for the money, you're in the wrong job.
You're in the wrong job, yeah.
Because the grief and the hassle that you have to deal with on a daily basis, some of which we already discussed.
Particularly your office committees.
a bit of everything, you know.
It can be very, very stressful.
It can be equally stressful as any private job, you know.
That's the reality of it.
Shareholders are shareholders.
There just might be different types of shareholders which are demanding different things.
I would think, yes, I think the new review committee has gone a long way to address that issue.
But,
I still would say most people who are in those jobs are doing it for the passion of making a difference for the public administration.
