And by the way, that's reflective of the communities that we're serving.

So that's a real positive from that perspective.

But it does bring its challenges.

And there is no doubt about it.

Some of our drivers do experience racism from time to time.

So it is there in the city.

There's no point in saying it's not.

But do I think it's there in mass scale?

No, I don't think it's there in mass scale at the moment.

But it's something that we need to address as a society and that we shouldn't tolerate and that we should look to discourage from all parts of society.

No, well, I'm on a seven year contract and that's pretty standard for semi-state CEOs.

So look, with regards to the challenges which I just outlined and the opportunities that are there.

So there are opportunities for us from a commercial space as well.

And there's opportunities for us to do better in what we're doing as well.

and to discuss some of them areas.

So my focus is purely 100% on making sure Dublin Bus is being driven in a direction that high performance is where we're going and we're delivering a fantastic service to our customers.

So that's where my mind is at at the moment.

Well, I think that was changed recently.

So, yeah, I think it was too low, to be honest with you.

You know, the government did put in a special review committee, which has had a look at that.
