So we can all plan around that.

The capital investment side is slightly different than the operational side of it.

They obviously have a capital budget which they will, you know, I suppose, divvy out to the various different modes of transport, whether it be Irish Rail or whether it be Dublin Bus or Busairn or Go Ahead Ireland.

for the implementation of significant projects.

They tend to now manage those projects themselves, such as, let's say, the next generation ticketing or the next generation AVL system.

That's an automatic vehicle location.

It's the tracking system for the buses in simple terms.

So rather than the bus operators now implementing those systems, the NTA are taking ownership of those projects and being supported by the bus operators to actually implement them.

So there's a fair bit of capital around them.

Electrification would be another one which is quite big.

Now, look, in simple terms, when you're pushing yourself forward for your ASC, you're trying to determine how much it will be to run that service on any given year, right?

And you're trying to take into account what fuel or what materials price inflation may be.

So there may be a certain amount of, you know, contingency funding in there.

But that all has to be accounted for and agreed with the NTA.

And as I said, if there's something which is unspent, it's given back to the NTA at the end of the year.

Now, that being said, you know, as an organisation, we're very, very cost-conscious, OK?

So we're very conscious that it's exchequer money, effectively, that we're spending.

So we try to keep our costs as minimum as we possibly can.

So run the operation as efficiently as we can.
