And they invented the computer at some point when I was at Vogue.
Then I went and worked at the New York Times as the so-called style and entertaining editor.
And there was a copy editor there.
Every time my name appeared as the entertaining editor, he would send the late Amy Spindler, who was my boss, asking, how entertaining is Billy Norris?
And then I went back to Vogue after Amy died and was there until 2012.
And then for the last 10 years, I've been an editor of fashion and interior design at Fieden Press.
