It will be
interesting to see how long before we start to see the labor market indicators starting to to point to a more normal, um, you know, I I don't know whether you describe as a natural kind of equilibrium or or something that was a a little bit more akin to what we were seeing before the pandemic.
It's also been fascinating to see how few
working arrangements have really changed as a result of the pandemic.
So we talk about working from home and it's it's been interesting seeing uh there there's there's fewer people working from home now than in the height of the pandemic and we can see that there's more people that are working from home not to just finish off work like they were doing before the pandemic, but actually doing it as a as a regular part of their working pattern.
But a lot of the other working arrangements are pretty much
back in line with where they were before the pandemic.
So that um does highlight the resilience within the the labor market.
Um but it's also an interesting question about yeah, why hasn't there been more of a change in in the way of labor?
