You get to see everybody's physicality, intensity.

And I think when the pads come on, I feel like the game starts becoming a little bit faster.

So you can really see where everybody's at.

And I think it gives the coaches a good look at evaluating players.

You expect it or anticipate that it's going to be a little bit fast, but when I have as much experience as I do, once you get that week of practice under your belt, it's just jumping right back into it like you never missed any time.

Definitely.

I felt really good once I got back from my injury.

You know, I didn't have anything that was really aching throughout the rest of the season.

And I would definitely agree that, you know, this part of training camp and ramping up and throwing the pads back on, you got joint practices.

I mean, you really got like six weeks of hard practices till you actually enter the season.
