For the young guys up front on the line, what's impressed me the most is their athleticism and strength and how they're able to create push in the pocket, which stresses quarterbacks out.
And we preach that all the time in our defenses.
Sometimes you don't even need a wind clean and get on an edge.
If you can just compress the pocket, that's a very uncomfortable position for the quarterback to be in.
It makes the throws a lot more challenging.
