But overall, I've been very impressed with our rookies.

I think our coaches have thrown a lot at them, and they've been testing them in different spots with many different calls and checks.

From a standpoint of understanding our scheme and the game mentally, they're growing a lot.

I think, you know, rookie year is no question the hardest year on any player.

But, you know, at this point, you know, you're just as a rookie, you're just trying to figure it all out.

You know, your your head can be spinning.

But, you know, as we progress through training camp and into the preseason, you know, the way we.

call plays and, you know, the personnel groupings we throw out there.

We're going to try to, at times, simplify it so you can just allow these guys to have a clear mind and go out there and show what they're capable of doing.

So, you know, it's all about confidence and playing fast.

I mean, I would say what dictates how aggressive your rehab, your therapy is going to be is what your timeline is and where you're at, whether it's in season, you know, right up, you're at the front door of training camp or it's early off season.

I mean, that's really going to dictate because if you have an injury and, you know, it's January and say you don't make the playoffs, you have a long time before you're playing real football, right?

So that plan, that schedule is going to be very different.

But at the NFL level, we've got great resources, and the Minnesota Vikings have no hesitation to use as many as they can to get guys healthy and feeling their best so they can be on the field making plays because the best version of a player on the field is what's best for the Minnesota Vikings.
