Bloomberg News has learned as Amazon continues its retreat from the PC and console video game space in favor of its cloud gaming service, Luna.

Yeah, this is massive news.

I mean, I was watching some of it when I was at the gym of just the general Amazon layoffs.

They're closing all their retail brick and mortar stores.

Yeah, so the Go, the Freshes, they're all gone.

Of course, Whole Foods are still around.

But that's kind of where a lot of these layoffs are coming.

But it seems like this is just a company-wide situation.

This is just... Greg, if I'm being completely and utterly honest with you, it's just been a fucked up...

few weeks and like when i look at this news i just am so angry so deeply angry especially when uh amazon is over here funding a fucking melania trump puff piece movie that they're opening up the entirety of the the stock market this morning they have melania up there and they fucking amazon executives and it's like you guys are laying off 16 fucking thousand people

putting $50 million into some dumbass Melania movie.

And it's just, it is just full on.

Like this is the most evil corporation in the fucking world.

It breaks my heart and they have no idea what the fuck they're doing when it comes to video games.

And it just keeps on showing that they're just going to continue to chase Luna and cloud service until that inevitably goes on.

It is so interesting to see Amazon, which I think is kind of uniquely incompetent at creating and entering into these new businesses, right?

I look at their movie division, right?

Binding up the entirety of MGM and just not knowing how to market a fucking movie, not able to make a hit, and you have infinite money.
